Nail Extensions (New Customer)
Service Description
The Nail Extension service includes shaping, cuticle care, as well as selecting the right tip size and shape of extensions for your nail. We use dual form system. After application of the nails we apply the gel colour of your choice. We then finish off the service with hot towel service.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy When you book, we reserve time and space for you. Policies: • Deposit: 25% non-refundable. • Cancellations: Cancel 48+ hours in advance for a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. • Rescheduling: Must be done 48+ hours before. Late changes require a new deposit. • Arrivals: Arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals (15+ minutes) or no-shows may result in full charge. • Health: Notify us of medical issues; unwell clients may forfeit deposit or be charged in full. By booking, you agree to these terms.
