Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. • Rescheduling: Must be done 48+ hours before. Late changes require a new deposit. • Arrivals: Arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals (15+ minutes) or no-shows may result in full charge. • Health: Notify us of medical issues; unwell clients may forfeit deposit or be charged in full.
